The twenty-seventh Annual General Meeting of Museums Aotearoa Te Tari o ngā Whare Taonga o Te Motu, The Museums of New Zealand Inc will be held at:

Museums Aotearoa rescheduled its annual AGM to Wednesday 25th June 10am-11.30am.
Note that this meeting will be online only.
Voting will be held during the meeting via a
- survey within zoom during the meeting (for Mina McKenzie deed voting)
- early voting (for Board positions only) and
- by proxy
Use the PROXY FORM if you are unable to attend and eligible to vote.
We require 20% of our membership to attend for a quorum.

MA Board Elections 2025
Current Situation
Museums Aotearoa is now operating under a new constitution that was adopted at the 2024 AGM, which provides for 6 elected members and up to 2 co-opted members, for a maximum of 8.
- The Board may indicate specific skills which it considers desirable
- This current Board has opted to have seven people on the Board
Our current board status is as follows:
- 4 members are continuing their terms
- 2 members have resigned
- 1 member is completing their first term and is eligible for re-election for a second term.
Nominations
Nominations are now closed and elected members will be announced at the AGM.
