This report reflects progress made by MA on behalf of members for the last four quarters. You can expect to receive an Impact Report every quarter from now on. As a professional membership organisation that is fully funded by membership fees, MA must be able to demonstrate its support to members.

This report does just that. It also shows the clear strategic direction of MA and the changes it has made in a short time. We have a long way to go but it is very pleasing to see progress and we look forward to publishing our future quarterly Impact Reports.
