Leaders' Summit
Christchurch 13-14 October 2025
If a registrant is unable to attend the summit for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with Museums Aotearoa, someone else to attend in their place.
If a registrant is unable to attend and providing Museums Aotearoa is informed in writing by the final date for payment that is displayed on the website, the fee paid can be left with Museums Aotearoa as payment towards a place at the same event the following year or another Museums Aotearoa event that takes place in the 12 months following the originally booked summit. (Price difference may still have to be paid).
Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer their place to another person or to another event, then the following refund arrangements apply:
Refund Schedule:
- Registrations cancelled before 14 August 2025 are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid.
- Registrations cancelled between 14 August 2025 and 13 September 2025 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
- Registrations cancelled after 13 September 2025 are no longer eligible for a refund.
